WTF Squads? Empty WTF Squads?

There are 10 Squads each led by a Squad Captain and each squad captain can nominate up to 4 people to be 2nd in commmand, 3rd,4th,and 5th which the people chosen for these internal squad positions are up to the Captain. However that doesnt mean the captain has to do that because each squads leader is different, each squad would react differently and have different battle plans etc.
